Each apartment at 616 Lofts is unique, so pricing varies from unit to unit. Our current apartment rental prices fall within these ranges:
The criteria for qualifying is the same for all applicants. 616 Lofts evaluates applicants based on verification of income, rental or mortgage history, credit and criminal background. There are minimum income requirements that vary from building to building. All applicants are screened for credit and criminal cases.
The application fee is $50 per person and is non-refundable.
Security deposit is $800.
*We previously have had a restricted breed list, but we are now qualified to accept all breeds who have received their Canine Good Citizen (CGC) certification. (NOTE: if your dog’s beed isn’t on the restricted list, you do NOT have to receive this certification)
12 month lease terms are standard, but 616 Lofts can accommodate variable lease terms. Premiums apply to leases less than 6 months.
616 Lofts pays for water, sewer, trash and recycling at all locations. Residents are responsible for electric, cable TV, internet and parking, with a few exceptions depending on the location.

We rent apartments on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you’re eager to rent a 616 Lofts apartment, we recommend doing a few things:
For apartments currently under development, we offer pre-leasing 3-6 months in advance.

To apply for an available apartment complete a 616 Lofts lease application and submit your $50 application fee(s). Additional required documentation: income, employment and rental history verification. Documents can be faxed to 616.504.1715 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note we cannot accept applications for apartments that are not available.
